Closure rules
  • A finding cannot move to closed on a developer’s assertion. The platform retests and confirms, or the finding stays open.
  • Remediated-but-unverified is reported as unverified, never as closed.
  • Whoever owns a finding cannot be its sole approver. A second, independent reviewer verifies the retest.
  • Critical and high findings are surfaced at board level, and anything past its target escalates automatically and visibly.
